GB-Colchester: Mercury Rising - Stage Lighting, Audio-Visual & Stage Engineering Systems for the Mercury Theatre

Once you have registered as a supplier, if not already registered, please log in to the Delta portal and input Access Code 87M827NGW8 to access the documents.(The Mercury Theatre wishes to commission a suitably experienced contractor to undertake this Stage Engineering equipment package, which is intended to be let as a Contractor's Design Portion package. Therefore the Specialist Contractor shall provide services as required to deliver this portion of works as attributed to the Specialist.

This tender package has been compiled to assist in obtaining bids from Specialist Stage Engineering Contractors. Appointment will be direct to the Client, Mercury Theatre, with a Main Contractor following a Traditional procurement route for the rest of the project.

While the majority of these works will form part of the clients final fit out after practical completion, some of the works will be carried out while the main contractor has control of the site. Access to the site and the relevant coordination will be implemented by the main contractor at these times. It is anticipated that this will require substantial coordination between the Specialist Contractor, Main Contractor and all other relevant trades.)

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
