Ashford Borough Council is seeking support from recruitment consultants to assist with the search and selection processes for three new head of service roles plus a new director role.
Consultants will be required to provide a proposal with recommendations on the process including:
| • | advice on recruitment advertising |
| • | proposed timetable and process |
| • | how they will support with headhunting and candidate attraction, |
| • | how they will support the Appointment's Committee with shortlisting and selection |
| • | assessment tools |
| • | candidate checks and referencing |
