Barrow-in-Furness Borough Council are looking for a supplier to take up annual servicing and maintenance of heating, ventilation & air conditioning equipment held at various buildings within the Authority.
The contract itself will be for an initial 24 month period with the option of extending it a further 12 months upon agreement between the Authority and awarded supplier.
All Planned Preventative Maintenance will be carried out following, as a minimum the guidance of the Heating Contractors Association Specification, by suitably qualified personnel to all current legal requirements in line with statutory Health and Safety Legislation.
