The Trust's Kingsway Site comprises of five individual mental health units together with corporate and Estates buildings. The Kedleston Low Secure Unit provides a gender specific low secure service for males who demonstrate disturbed behaviour in the context of a serious mental disorder and who require the provision of security. The works are to reinforce existing plasterboard ceilings to bedrooms and other non supervised areas, removing electrical equipment from the ceiling to carry out the work and refixing on completion and decoration of the ceiling. Work will be carried out to one room only at a time and will be undertaken whilst the unit is fully operational. Prospective tenderers must have experience of working within a mental health low secure environment.
