Corserv Ltd on behalf of Cornwall Housing Ltd are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to under take Kitchen and Bathroom supply & Installations throughout various properties in Cornwall. This will be carried out under a JCT minor works contract.
The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 40% Quality and 60% Price.
