Derbyshire County Council is inviting tenders to provide rehabilitation and advice Services for Blind and Visually Impaired People in Derbyshire.
We are seeking a provider with a proven track record of managing and delivering high quality services alongside health and social care partner agencies, to clients eligible to receive these particular services. The successful organisation or consortium will be required to evaluate and evidence the impact of service delivery on the lives of clients living in Derbyshire.
Interviews will be on 11th January 2016
