Kingswood I Student Halls Refurbishment - Summer 2015

Royal Holloway, University of London is seeking a main contractor for the delivery of summer refurbishment works within one of its satellite Student Halls, north of the College's main campus in Englefield Green, Egham, Surrey (TW20 0LG).

The works include:

• Full rewire of blocks A & C
• Full re-plumb of blocks A & C
• Decoration to block B bedrooms
• Refurbishment of Bathrooms
• Refurbishment of Bedrooms
• Refurbishment of Communal areas
• Replacement boiler system
• New upgraded incoming electrical main
• New furniture where required

There are three blocks, A, B and C. Block A houses 21 bedrooms, Block B 32 rooms and Block C 139 rooms.

Additional information: If your company is interested in bidding for the Kingswood Hall summer refurbishment works, as per the Contracts Finder notice, please go to the College website below by copying and pasting the link into your web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox etc.), and after reading the terms and conditions of submission for electronic tendering, progress to the In-Tend website and register your company details. Once you are registered, the tender documents are available for immediate download under the ‘Current Tenders’ menu at the top of the screen.

We are intending to use the online ‘Correspondence’ and ‘Clarification’ tools for distributing any further updates/information during the process, so that any information is retained within the system.
