| - | Work with the business to shape ideas, define proposals, justifications, business requirements using adapted agile and waterfall methodologies. |
| - | Work with stakeholders to capture and define functional and non-functional business requirements, User stories, and impact assessments |
| - | Effectively plan and manage the requirements process from capture through to change control |
| - | Support the development of user journeys and test scripts |
