Medway Council wishes to select and appoint a suitable Contractor to undertake refurbishment works and therefore invites contractors to submit a quotation to meet the Council's requirements set out in this Invitation to Quote (ITQ). The Contract is anticipated to commence on 16th January 2017 and will continue for a period of 12 weeks and defects liability period starts 7th April 2017 until 7th April 2018 unless terminated in accordance with the Conditions of Contract. . The form of Contract envisaged for this project is the JCT 2011 Minor Works Building Contract with Contractor's Design Tender documents can be downloaded via registering on the Kent Business Portal.
