CY-Episkopi: BFCCB/1347 - Supply of Vehicle Tyres to British Forces Cyprus (BFC)

British Forces Cyprus (BFC), (‘the Authority’) is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) for the supply of vehicle tyres in support of BFC. BFC operate a civilian fleet of approximately 750 vehicles. These vehicles use up to 88 varying tyres specifications.

The duration of the contract will be for a 2 year period with an option for 3 x 1 year contract extensions.

EOIs must clearly state details of your company to include the following information:

A Pre Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) exercise will form part of the EOI process and must be completed via www.contracts.mod.uk. Potential Suppliers should note that any EOIs or PQQs received after this time and date will not be considered. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.
