Warwickshire County Council (the Council) is seeking a single provider to provide a service to support and work with its Foster carers, fostering social workers and Residential care teams to provide them with professional advice and guidance which enables them to respond to and meet the needs of children in their care.
The service will work 1:1 with foster carers through to providing group supervision support for residential care teams.
WCC will support the provider in the continual development of the service to ensure it continues to respond to WCC needs.
The aim of the service is to provide dedicated psychological support, advice, training, consultation and supervision to:
- oWCC Foster carers.
- oWCC Fostering social workers and social care workers.
- oWCC Residential home staff.
