Capital Development

The Authority seeks a Contractor(s) to provide a comprehensive works and individual trade work for capital projects.

The Framework will be broken down into two Lots and each Lot will be evaluated on an individual basis. Bidder may apply for either one or both Lots. Lot 2 will be sub divided into area and bidders may bid for any number of areas within this Lot. Bidders may not necessarily be successfully awarded on all Lots or areas bid for. There will be multiple Contractors for each Lot and area

Lot One ? Works over £500K

All work will be awarded following further competition in line with the published specification and evaluation documentation. The Contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the works with a given project.

Lot Two ? Works under £500K

All work will be awarded following further competition in line with the published specification and evaluation documentation. The Contractor will be responsible for all specified requirements within the further competition documentation. Lot Two will be split as follows;

? Joinery General Building (Lot 2a)

? Mechanical (Lot 2b)

? Electrical (Lot 2c)

Additional information: This is a one step process all bids must be received prior to the closing time and date.

Locations will be throughout Lincolnshire and at any other premises requested by the Authority.
