The City of Wolverhampton Council wish to procure the delivery of a pilot 2 day programme aimed at increasing the employability of graduates (up to the age of 29) with focus on those with a disability/vulnerability (as detailed below). The project should assist the candidates secure a graduate placement which converts into an employment opportunity or direct employment. Definition of vulnerable/disabilities to include: There will also be a focus on the additional categories below: People from a care background Those with a registered disability or a declared learning disability Residents within Local Super Output areas in the region based on employment domain, health deprivation and disability domain. The City of Wolverhampton Council has identified the target areas of the City in line with the above deprivation statistics. Black and Minority Ethnic groups. English as a second language
