Emotional Intelligence Testing - Health Education England (East of England)

NHS Health Education England (HEE - the Commissioner) are looking to engage an organisation that will provide Emotional Intelligence Testing.

To provide individual emotional intelligence testing and feedback for trainees across the East of England referred to the Professional Support and Well-being Service (PSW) with the aim of supporting trainees in developing areas of their own emotional intelligence.

We are inviting tenders from providers who are able to deliver in house, accredited training and tools to the PSW Team, which would allow us to provide the service in-house.

The maximum financial envelope for this procurement exercise is £31,600 inclusive of Vat. The contract period will be for 1 year with the option to extend by up to a further two years (1+1) subject to annual review and available budget.

The deadline for submission of completed ITT submissions is 19th August 2021 at 12:00pm (midday). Late submissions will not be accepted therefore, please submit in good time prior to the deadline date and time. All communications should be made via the messaging function on the e-Tendering portal during the tender exercise.

The Contracting Authority requests that all communications are channelled through the e-portal system and not with the Contracting Authority itself other than as expressly permitted within this ITT.
