Health and Social Village - 80 Temporary Beds

This Tender is seeking to procure up to EIGHTY (80) beds across the whole of East Kent, which will allow patients to be cared for within an appropriate 'non acute' environment. These beds will predominantly support those patients requiring Pathway 3 (complex care needs, possible CHC eligibility or NWB pathway). A multidisciplinary team (MDT) comprising: nurses, therapists and social care manager will be provided in each location by EKHUFT and KCC and will include, and be supported by, a GP who will lead a weekly MDT meeting and provide medical input and care.
