description
SEL ICS have identified six overarching priorities for improving the lives of people in south east London:
- Preventing illness and helping people to live healthier, happier lives;
- Delivering compassionate, whole-person care, as close as possible to people's homes;
- Ensuring rapid access to high quality specialist services when people need them;
- Joining up care across health and other services;
- Improving care for disadvantaged groups;
- Supporting the development of more resilient communities.
The SEL ICS People Function delivers a comprehensive workforce programme, to support the system with its aspirations and priorities. The work of the People Function currently spans three pillars of:
- Staff Supply
- Staff Health & Wellbeing
- Equality Diversity & Inclusion.
To support the development and retention of staff, we require delivery of:
- A minimum of 3 sessions of professional 1:1 coaching, virtual or face to face
- Sessions of no less than 90 minutes and no more than 120 minutes each.
- Sessions to be held at regular intervals over a minimum 3-month period, arranged at times convenient to both the coach and coachee.
- An approach which supports the individual to develop goals for the coaching sessions and achieve progress.
- An approach to gather individual participant feedback, with a focus on value, impact and goal attainment or progress.
- A report at the close of delivery which summaries the total number of session, evaluation and impact findings.
