Treasury Management Advice Service

REQUEST FOR QUOTATION OPPORTUNITY TREASURY MANAGEMENT ADVICE SERVICE The London Borough of Sutton (The Council), a shared service with The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames is seeking quotations from suitably qualified organisations to provide a treasury management advice service in accordance with professional guidelines and standards and recognised best working practices. The supplier will need to have a good relationship with other councils, CIPFA, MHCLG, HM Treasury and approved ratings agencies. The contract will initially be for a period of three years commencing on 1 April 2018 with the option to extend the contract for a further two years, in twelve monthly intervals, at the sole discretion of the Council. The Council is tendering this quotation through the London Tenders e-tendering portal, our preferred method of advertising and managing contract opportunities. Prospective tenderers are advised to register their interest by going to https://www.londontenders.org/procontract/supplier.nsf. The Council currently contracts with a diverse group of voluntary, statutory and private sector providers and encourages a range of organisations, regardless of size, to apply for the provision of this service. We are committed to creating jobs and training opportunities though our supply chain. The Council shall not be bound to accept the lowest cost or any quotation. The award of the contract shall be based on the most economically advantageous quotation submitted.
