To appoint a sole provider to deliver fully managed remote IT support and productivity suite. The key outcomes of the Contract are to: Provide fully managed IT support to all EIT Climate-KIC users across all sites (including some on-site support) and provide productivity suite licencing to all EIT Climate-KIC users.
