The Procurement of a Development Partner for the Redevelopment of Peter Mason Leisure Centre, Congleton

Cheshire East Borough Council - CEBC - (“the Council”) is seeking to procure a leisure development partnerto support the development of improved & economically sustainable leisure provision in Congleton. The projectwill ensure the delivery of a modernised leisure facility within the existing site (the Peter Mason Leisure Centre,Congleton) working with the current contracted leisure operators Everybody Sport and Recreation - ESAR -(the Trust). The contract will combine a minimum of: A new wetside facility, innovative links to the town centre.A Competitive Dialogue procedure will be used due to the complexity of the project, and the need to exploredifferent innovative technical solutions to meet this requirement to deliver the Council’s objectives. The contractterm will be for 5 years covering; works, services & goods respectively.
