The City of York Council has an opportunity for the Clifton Explore Library Learning Centre. The Council requires a Principal Contractor to undertake the following works all in accordance with CDM 2015 regulations:
Partial demolition of the former Clifton Without Junior School .
Construct new single and two storey Explore Library Learning Centre Alterations to the existing building
Modifications to site drainage
New power supply
