description
The aim of this contract is to provide a management and maintenance service for properties on two developments. The contractor, acting as the Councils managing agent will be responsible for:
- the letting of properties using the established lettings arrangements for all Extra Care in the Bradford District
- collection of rents
- ensuring that repairs are carried out
- re letting of properties as required
