Commercial - Planview Licences

The Commercial Directorate team utilise multiple software to manage and maintain projects and programmes for the business. Projects and programmes are managed and maintained separate from each other and alignment to activity outside the Commercial directorate scope cannot be easily tracked.The IT directorate have introduced a platform owned by PlanView (PPM Pro/Leankit) to be able to review project activity and the resources required to complete the necessary works to improve scheduling of activity and provide an insight to support capacity planning. Both the Blue Light Technical Transformation (BLTT) and Aviation UKSAR2G programme teams have identified requirements for use of the Planview platform, both of which have been collated for this business case.We are lookingto procure 26licences(14 Portfolio Manager and 12 Team member)to onboard Project and Programme Managers of the Blue Light Technical Transformation project teamand the Aviation UKSAR2G Programme teamonto the PlanView platform.The contract would be for an initial period of one year, during which time its usage andvalue will be reviewed and if required, an extension will be sort at that time.
