Concessionary Travel Service And Mobility Assessment Service

Harrow Council invites tenders for the provision of concessionary travel assessments for a 4 year contract. The contract commencement date shall be 1st June 2016

Lot 1 is to provide clinical mobility assessments for non-automatic applications of a Disabled Person?s Freedom Pass, Discretionary Freedom Pass, Blue Badge and Taxi card schemes for both existing Service Users and new Applicants resident in the Authority?s area.

Lot 2 shall comprise of the administration of automatic and non automatic applications and renewals received, as well as the assessment of automatic applications, but excludes the assessment of non-automatic applications. Regarding non automatic application assessments, the Service Provider will refer these to the appointed contractor responsible for lot 1 (non-automatic and clinical mobility assessments) .
