Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council and NHS England invite expressions of interest to tender for the provision of Integrated Sexual Health and HIV Services in Dudley
Dudley Public Health and NHS England are seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced and qualified organisations to deliver the following services in the borough of Dudley.
Lot 1 - Integrated Sexual Health Service
Lot 2 - HIV Prevention and Support Service in the Community
Lot 3 - HIV Treatment Service (contract will not be with Dudley MBC but will be with NHS England under 2016/17 Standard NHS Contract Terms and Conditions)
The funding available for Lot 1 is approximately £1,400,000 per annum a percentage of which will be retained for the purpose of outcome payments.
The funding available for Lot 2 is approximately £109,000 per annum.
The funding available for Lot 3 HIV Treatment Service is approximately £2,000,000 per annum including the cost of drugs.
Contract/s will commence on 1st October 2016 for a period of three years with the option to extend for a further three years subject to satisfactory performance.
Prospective providers are invited to tender for all three services, a single service or combination of services. Commissioners will also welcome a consortium bid from interested providers.
Expressions of interest are sought from suitably qualified organisations that can demonstrate knowledge and ability to deliver high quality Sexual Health Services.
The successful applicant will be required to work with other providers and partners in the borough as part of a commissioned integrated treatment system, and contribute to the continued development of this treatment system.
Closing date for receipt of completed tenders will be 23.59 hours 15th April 2016
It is expected that interviews will take place week commencing 9th May 2016.

Additional information: The successful Contractor(s) are required to take account of sustainable development e.g. environmental, social and economic impacts of delivery and to actively participate in the protection of the environment. - i)not to award any contract as a result of the procurement process commenced by publication of this notice
- ii)to make whatever changes it sees fit to the content and structure of the tendering competition
- iii)to award contract(s) in respect of any part(s) of the requirement covered by this notice; and
- iv)to award contract(s) in stages and in no circumstances will the Council be liable for any costs incurred by candidates
