Somerset Council is seeking to acquire the services of a Transformation Partner Consultancy to assist the Council to provide
- Assurance and Review of our existing transformation initiatives
- Identification of further Opportunities to streamline processes, systems, reduce costs, increase revenue, reduce demand, identify alternative efficient ways of working etc. and potentially implement such changes on approval of a individual business cases
- the development of a Cultural Development Programme and implementation of such a programme across the Council
