The scope of the contract is to develop a social return on investment economic model for homelessness prevention, based on additional Public Health investment (approx. 800k over two years, commencing September/October 2023) for:
| • | Skills and employment support - additional support into an existing service, set up during Covid |
| • | Homelessness Prevention Workers - additional staff for the West of the County - to match provision in the East |
| • | Holistic health and wellbeing workers - additional support into an existing service, set up in Covid. This service is currently being evaluated by NIHR PHIRST Light team. |
