This contract is for the design, implementation and support of a Resident self-service portal (the project).
The portal will be accessible by tenants,?leaseholders and other customers online, on mobile devices, laptops and desktops, and?provide access to services through the individual's preferred method at a time that suits them.
The core of the portal will?comprise?the important transactions it will enable residents to carry out, and the functionality that will help residents carry out these transactions with ease.?Features will include:
Book and track repairs and repair appointments, View rent and service charge account details, Make payments, Update personal information and contact preferences, View and update the details of household members, Make a complaint or compliment, View planned and structural works, Interact with Phoenix through messaging, Make appointments for home visits, Access advice and support,?e.g.?handy person service, financial advice, Give feedback to Phoenix on existing and potential new services, Access?to?service-specific FAQs
