RUG - Millennium Green Phase 1 Hard and soft landscaping to refurbish existing children’s play area

Rugby Borough Council are looking for a contractor to carry out hard and soft landscaping to refurbish the existing children’s play area within Public Open Space off Craven Road, Rugby as part of phased works. The works include:

• Removal of tarmac paving and rubber wet pour safer surfacing including concrete edging kerbs

• Removal of metal play equipment and timber benches

• New tarmac paving and safer surfacing to include play sand, rubber wet pour, and interlocking PVC grass mats

• Concrete block paving to form edge restraint to new paving and surfacing

• Installation of new play equipment

• Installation of site furniture to include metal seats and relocation of existing steel litter bin

• Construction of castellated timber sleeper wall

• Hedge and shrub planting

• Topsoiling and turfing
