The London Borough of Hillingdon (Hillingdon) is running a tender competition for an agreement (the Contract) for the internal adaptation work for a disable person, work including creating a shower room in existing store room, upgrading single skin party wall and existing concrete slab and upgrade internal flat roof. Underground drainage work connected to existing manhole. Refer to drawings for details specifications
Works shall be carried out in occupation and should be completed within the timescale agreed in the JCT MW 2016 which will be signed by both the Employer and the Contractor Prior to the commencement of works.
