Royal Armouries is looking to set up a contract for the provision of a fundraising customer relationship management (CRM) database for use by the Development Department. The database will be required to integrate fundraising communications, activity and data into a central repository system which will allow us to efficiently and effectively manage our supporters, programmes and income across all three Royal Armouries sites. The database should also allow us to streamline our internal processes so that we are able to maximise opportunities for raising funds from new and existing supporter bases.
Our incumbent system licence expires 01 August 2015.
