LiveWest are planning on developing circa 16,000 properties over the next ten years through a range of contract agreements. This tender will assess valuation consultant's ability to deliver valuation services for land and sales valuations, disposal valuations and security charging valuation, across four geographical lots: Cornwall, Devon, Somerset (and West Dorset) and West of England.
