Bishop Burton College Loft & External Wall Insulation Works

Bishop Burton College has secured Salix funding to provide new and replacement loft and external wall insulation in its Main Building & connected University Centre Annex building on its Main Campus in Bishop Burton, Beverley. A plan of the existing buildings is included in the appendices to this tender document.

The funding for the works covered by this tender document is secure.

The scope of the works to be tendered is as detailed on the tender documentation & is as follows:

• Removal of any existing asbestos containing materials which are affected by the project works
• Provision of loft insulation to several existing roof spaces in the existing Main Building &University Centre Annex building (including all preparation works, removal of existing redundant material, & making good structures, services, and finishes disturbed)
• Provision of external wall insulation to several existing external wall areas in the existing Main Building & University Centre Annex building (including all preparation works, removal of existing redundant material, & making good structures, services, and finishes disturbed)
