As part of the contract, we will require the winning bidder to submit Data Return Sheets by the 15th of each month, copies of which are attached (Appendix 3). Prompt submission of returns will enable SC to analyse services across the life of the contract.
Tenders are separate for each district area of the County, however, variant/multiple bids encompassing two (or more) district areas are welcomed and more than one tender response can be submitted by the Supplier. In the event of a variant bid - please upload your proposal as an attachment and make clear the basis of the combined offer by tailoring your quality question responses and price entries accordingly.
As part of your bid, please supply:

Hourly rate for running additional routed public service journeys at the beginning and end of each day (Example: Scheduled journeys into Strode college AM & PM), scheduled to fit in around the Demand Responsive Service. This will only be required if a need arose within a specified Slinky geographical area and may change over the life of the contract (Please enter hourly rate in the questionnaire section, under 5: Additional / Reduced Miles)
Dependant on future funding opportunities, please confirm whether you have the resources available to extend the Demand Responsive Service to accommodate evenings and Saturdays. If yes, please submit an hourly rate as part of your bid (Please enter hourly rate in the questionnaire section, under 5: Additional / Reduced Miles)
Dependant on future funding opportunities, there may be a requirement to introduce new technology and back-office systems which would provide enhancements such as real time information, an App or on-line booking systems and cashless payment.
