The Climate Action Strategy sets out a series of actions to decarbonise the Square Mile by 2040. One of the actions is the development of a Square Mile Local Area Energy Plan to identify opportunities for low-carbon energy generation, storage and management in the City. This is a request for consultancy support to develop the Plan.
