Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council (The Council) is inviting tenders for a suitably experienced and qualified organisation to undertake a business and options appraisal relating to the Welwyn Hatfield Community Housing Trust, an organisation wholly owned by Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council
The Council is considering two options:
| 1) | Retaining the Community Housing Trust |
| 2) | Bringing the Community Housing Trust back ‘in house’ as the housing department of the Council |
