The GDC has awarded a contract Installation and Maintenance of a Video Conference system. The services will covers:
| • | The supply and installation of video conference system for two GDC board rooms, |
| • | The installation of acoustics for both board rooms |
| • | The maintenance for the video conferencing system |
The contract is for an initial 12-month period with the option for the maintenance service element of the contract to be extended for up to an additional 2 years.
