The Scope of Works:
- a)Programmed inspection, testing and maintenance of specialist equipment, fittings and installations.
- b)Responsive repairs in accordance with the priority code stipulated on the order. (Please see contract particulars)
The list of Lots is as follows:
Lot 1: Air conditioning and ventilation equipment
Lot 2: Commercial kitchen equipment
Lot 3: Bathroom lifting equipment and assisted bath
Lot 4: Photovoltaics installations
Lot 5: Green roof installations
Lot 6: Pond pump installations
Lot 7: Glulam installations
Lot 8: CCTV installations
Lot 9: Building management panel
Additional information: Contractors will be ordered for individual lots as follows:
Lot 1: Air conditioning and ventilation equipment
Lot 2: Commercial kitchen equipment
Lot 3: Bathroom lifting equipment and assisted bath
