RMBC-AD-Employers Agent - St Georges Road Development

Runnymede Borough Council wish to seek the services of a consultant practice to provide Employers Agent services to deliver the Councils residential development project at St Georges Road, Addlestone. As part of these services the Council would like a price to deliver Employers Agent and Project Management Services (including the procurement of a suitable contractor) to deliver both the enabling works of the demolition of a pair of semi-detached houses and the development of a single three storey block comprising of 9 flats with its associated environmental works.
