Emotional Wellbeing Service

We are seeking expressions of interest from organisations that can deliver an emotional wellbeing service for children and young people 5 – 18 up to 25 years for LAC and SEND. The service will need to deliver a range of evidenced based interventions for both 1:1 interventions and diverse programme of group work interventions. Further to provide a post that is Full time equivalent to be part of the Point of Access, the single route for all Sandwell Emotional wellbeing and mental health referrals. Referrals to the service will be via a single Point of Access. The contract will commence on 1st July 2016 and operate for 9 months, there will be no options for extension beyond 31st March 2017.

Please note that TUPE will apply and that an existing case load of children will need to be transitioned to any new service provider. The available budget for the contract period is £217,253.97
