Typically 120+ staff members are coached annually at Newcastle University and the challenge for us is to direct this extensive programme of coaching in such a way that it is professionally and ethically delivered, of a very high standard and is cost effective, and we are keen to work with well-regarded coaches in partnership to do this. To this end we employ a tendering process to ensure that we to select the most effective coaches and achieve best value for money for the University. This contract should remain open for use by other University Faculties/Schools/offices at the agreed contract price.
