London Borough of Waltham Forest seeks to appoint a New Homes Sales & Marketing Agency for Central Parade development.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------The new homes sales agent is required to provide market intelligence, marketing strategy, pricing strategy and to promote and sell all private sale and shared ownership units. The sales and marketing strategy together with experts in the field will ensure sales performance meets required targets within the Capital Delivery programme.
