Description of the Works
We are currently looking to employ a suitably experienced and reputable Contractor for the following works;
| • | Renewal of Wall Ties to approximately 549 Properties |
| • | Re-Roofing and rainwater goods to approximately 159 Properties |
| • | Re-Pointing of approximately 553 Properties |
The estimated total value of works is £1.5 million.
The works will be undertaken within various Districts of St Helen’s MBC including but not limited to Ecclestone, Newton Le Willows, Haydock and Thatto Heath.
The successful tenderer will be expected to enter into a JCT Intermediate Building Contract (as a deed) with Helena Partnerships under which, all of the works will be executed. The Tender Packs will be electronic and are available immediately with a firm return date of 12.00 noon 22nd May 2015.
Works are expected to commence June 2015 and will be completed by March 2016.
Please note that any Contractor considered for acceptance will be subject to any appropriate financial and competency background checks.
