Marquees at SHAPE Summer Fest 2022

Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council is inviting quotation bids from responsible and experienced marquee companies for a range of marquees at Sandwell Valley Park on 16th July 2022 for SHAPE Summer Fest. The SHAPE Summer Fest on average of 4,000 people and is primarily targeted at children and young people.

The date for the facility to operate is 16th July 2022

Term Period

The term Period for the marquees will be from Thursday 14 July 2021 until Monday 18 July 2022

Applicants are to bid for the individual items and provide a total cost on the attached pricing schedule. Applicants bids for a Similar product for Tipis will be considered.
