Parkfields New Sports Barn, Lawnswood Campus Project

Wolverhampton City Council are running a procurement exercise on behalf of their client the "Pupil Referral Unit - Lawnswood Campus" based at Lawnswood Campus, Lawnswood Avenue, Parkfields, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, WV4 6SR for the Design and construction of a new single storey four court sports hall with associated changing rooms, staff areas, PE storage, plant room with mezzanine including associated external works, underground drainage and service connections. It is intended that the resulting contract for this requirement will be awarded by the client to a single supplier who will be responsible for the entire delivery of the specified works. The proposed terms and conditions are the JCT Design and Build Contract (DB), 2016 Edition and it is a requirement that tenderers are familiar with this form of contract and have access to a copy for reference for the purposes of providing a valid tender.
