ENGIE Services Ltd on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Consultant to assess the quality of the public realm, connectivity and permeability of Grimsby town centre; and develop a scheme which recommends a series of initiatives which will facilitate pedestrian and cycle loop connectivity with a focus on public realm and waterfront.
