The Enterprise Coach's responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Championing core Agile principles and practices within the product group and wider organization.
- Contributing to developing the services provide by Agile Centre of Excellence.
- Conducting Agile maturity assessments in consultant with the product group to identify key improvements areas and support teams in their Agile maturity journey.
- Coaching and mentoring the product group, including all roles and functions.
- Supporting Product Owners with creating product roadmaps, defining release strategy and supporting release activities.
- Helping resolve product group and organisation level impediments through troubleshooting and innovative problem solving.
- Supporting and protecting an environment conducive to team self-organisation.
- Promoting team self-organisation through empowerment.
- Supporting the capture of empirical data to adjust forecasts.
- Supporting activities such as reporting on sprint/release progress, budget tracking and team metrics.
- Motivating team, supporting conflict resolution, promoting team successes and challenging failings.
