The project consists of a two storey extension to an existing pre 1945 semi detached 3 bedroomed house, to accommodate an additional 4th bedroom and bathroom. Works will include a pitched roof to be integrated into the existing pitched roof, to include rendered wall finish to match existing. Specific details are all contained on drawings No: AR(T)-01, AR(T)-02, AR(T)-03 and AR(T)-04. Potential builders must verify all measurements, dimensions, levels, drain and sewer positions and all service locations prior to commencement. Building Reg approval currently being obtained for these works.
