GB-London: Workspace Operator for Wood Green Works

The London Borough of Haringey is seeking tender responses for a services concession contract for Design, Construction and Management services for the operation of meanwhile use Workspace and Event Space at 40 Cumberland Road, London N22 7SG.

Capital funding for the project from the Council and Greater London Authority will be used to support the refurbishment and fit-out of the building, creating meeting spaces, providing mechanical and electrical services where required, upgrading card entry security system, installation of superfast Broadband and provision of additional bike storage .

The Council will be using the Open Tender Procedure to meet this requirement. It is intended that Invitation to Tender documentation for this opportunity will be available from 17:00 hours on Friday, 20th January 2017 on the Council's e-tendering system, Delta eSourcing which can be accessed at https://www.delta-esourcing.com/delta.

Tenderers will need to register on this site to submit their Tender Response. If already registered, Tenderers do not need to register again and may simply use their existing usernames and passwords. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
