Email Marketing and Communications Software

Portsmouth City Council is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers to tender for this project.

The scope of which will comprise of but may not be limited to providing a web hosted Email Marketing and Communications Software in order to support the Council in continuing to reducing spend on print and to enable the Council to grow its subscriber base dramatically.

The initial contract period will be for 2 years extendable in yearly increments to a maximum of 4 years subject to performance and agreement of all parties.

The closing date for receipt of your expression of interest is given against the heading entitled - Date documents can be requested until.
