The Office for National Statistics (the Contracting Authority) requires specific external support building on work completed by ONS to date on Testing, operational readiness support and risk management. This is a 5 week requirement, commencing 26 Feb 2018 and concluding 29 March 2018. The requirement is for:
| • | Support in further defining the Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) approval and wider Programme test strategy and associated accountability; |
| • | Support in formalising risk management and risk mapping. |
Outputs by end March 2018:

| • | Refined ORT approach document; |
| • | High level analysis of testing management tool needs |
| 2. | Programme test accountability and strategy: |
| • | High level guidelines for programme test strategy; |
| • | Findings of the programme test accountability review |

| • | Draft mapping of risks to existing value chains; |
| • | Formalised risk assessment criteria. |
